Hey there! I hope everyone is doing well. Welcome to the next round of the Sunan Weekly Roundup!
What Are We Working On?
As we move deeper into Ramadan, our focus has been on refining our Ramadan campaigns, ensuring each piece of content resonates with the themes of mercy, forgiveness, and giving. We’re shaping narratives that inspire action, not just awareness, and making sure every message is designed to connect with the audience on a personal level. Alongside this, we’re also working on Episode 3 of The Impact Lab, which explores something completely new and different from our previous episodes—something we’re truly excited about. Additionally, we’ve been strategizing new content directions, exploring more engaging ways to position brands with authenticity and impact. At the core of all this work is the belief that the way we see ourselves and our role in shaping conversations directly influences the impact we create—which brings me to my latest takeaway.
My Biggest Takeaway: How You See Yourself Shapes Your Leadership
Leadership isn’t just about what you do—it’s about how you see yourself while doing it. If you see yourself as someone merely executing tasks, you’ll stay within the confines of what’s expected. But if you see yourself as someone who can shape narratives, influence decisions, and create opportunities, your leadership will naturally expand beyond limitations.
Great leaders aren’t just defined by skills or titles but by the mindset they carry. They operate from a place of confidence, not hesitation, and trust in their ability to make a difference—even when the path isn’t clear. Ramadan itself is a reminder of this—it’s a time of reflection, discipline, and generosity. The way we view our role in serving others, whether through our work or in our daily lives, ultimately determines the kind of impact we leave behind.
How you lead starts with how you see yourself.
