Our starter and unlimited plans have no minimum commitment. However, for users of our Pro plan, there is a minimum subscription commitment of six months. We provide both annual and monthly plans to accommodate your continuous creative requirements.

We provide personalized onboarding sessions for all our customers and new users. During this process, we ensure a smooth transition for you to start submitting projects. We kick off with a session where we thoroughly explain the ins and outs of Sunan and your specific solution, ensuring you are well-prepared. Additionally, we conduct a workshop to gain a deep understanding of your brand and your unique requirements, enabling us to deliver exceptional creative work. It is highly beneficial if you have an initial project idea in mind, as it helps us expedite the process and get you up and running swiftly.

We provide two payment options for billing: credit card and ACH payments.

To ensure a hassle-free experience and eliminate unnecessary complexities, we have streamlined our process for you. Your main point of contact will be your dedicated creative project managers, eliminating the need for multiple conversations with different marketers. Additionally, we provide a dedicated creative director who ensures that every asset aligns with your brand and maintains the highest quality of creative work. You are welcome to schedule time with your creative director to explore new ideas and gain fresh perspectives.

You will be assigned a dedicated creative account manager (CAM) who will oversee all your marketing tasks and projects, whether they are ongoing or one-time in nature. Your CAM will be the central point of contact for all your project submissions. While you can conveniently submit your projects through our platform, we are also open to developing custom workflows that align with your specific requirements.

Our platform simplifies project management by handling tasks such as project status tracking, estimates, file sharing, and feedback. Simultaneously, your CAM works behind the scenes to ensure seamless delivery. They ensure that the designers and creatives on your dedicated team fully comprehend the goals, objectives, and parameters of your project.

We adapt our processes to integrate seamlessly with your existing workflows. If you operate on two-week sprints, for example, we can accommodate that. If you prefer detailed design execution for longer campaign planning, we are more than willing to accommodate your preferences.

The pricing for each project can vary depending on several factors. However, we provide transparent quotes for every project. Please reach out to our sales team to obtain a quote for your specific project.

In general, our pricing falls significantly below that of agencies while being slightly higher than individual freelancers. This is because we offer additional benefits such as project management and creative direction. Furthermore, as we continue to work together and scale the volume of projects, the efficiency and cost-effectiveness increase.

However, in other services, projects often enter a queue and are handled by only one or two freelance designers. The completion of your current project, including any revisions, is a prerequisite for initiating your next project.

However, it’s important to note that if your design incorporates stock images or photography, those stock assets are subject to specific usage licenses.

For instance, stock assets obtained from sources like Adobe Stock, Fresh Stock, or other services are licensed for use within the graphic files created by Sunan as per the customer’s request.

The speed of delivering your design work depends on the specific design request you submit. When initiating a project, one of our initial steps is to thoroughly understand your requirements and objectives. With this clarity, we assess the scope of each task in terms of business days. Smaller, straightforward design requests can typically be completed within 1-2 business days, while larger and more complex tasks may require additional time. Once we have estimated the timeframe for your design request, our team of skilled designers will work their magic to deliver the final product within that specified timeframe.

Absolutely! We are fully capable of adhering to your brand and style guides. As long as you provide us with the necessary brand/style guide, along with any specific requirements regarding colors, fonts, and sizing, we will ensure that our design work aligns perfectly with your guidelines.

To cancel your account, please follow the instructions below based on your plan:

Starter and Unlimited Plan Users:

Send a cancellation notice to us at info@sunandesigns.com.

Make sure to provide the notice at least 30 days prior to your desired cancellation date.

Once we receive your request, we will proceed with canceling your subscription.

Pro Plan Users:

Send a cancellation email notice to us at info@sunandesigns.com.

Please note that for Pro plan users, the cancellation notice can only be taken into effect after the completion of the six-month commitment.

Ensure that you provide the cancellation notice at least 90 days in advance of your intended cancellation date.
